States visited map

I think this is pretty much it. I mean, as they say, the memory is the second thing to go…

create your own visited states map.

Some of those states certainly voted for Kerry.

Yeah, but we didn't get to select the colors. It's all a plot, I tell you!

Right. I need to do more US travelling.
Fred A Levy Haskell: eyes of the Fredcritterfredcritter on February 1st, 2005 04:28 pm (UTC)
Sure thing. May I suggest you start with Minnesota? ;)
Marybraider on February 1st, 2005 04:50 pm (UTC)
You might, if you can give me an excuse to come.

Aww, crackers...

…that's where my argument falls right to the ground—there's no longer a local sf convention I'd care to recommend. Does it have to be a good excuse?

Re: Aww, crackers...
Eh....the excuse *could* be a big music party with Becca and maybe Gray and maybe a guitar lesson and place to stay thrown in free. Sightseeing opportunities might be good. ;-)

Hmmmmm....

Hey, chirosinger! You listening? I'll bet we could arrange something in honor of braider (although I don't know what musicmutt's schedule looks like, and I reckon the "guitar lesson" part would be markiv1111's department&hellip). Of course, now that gerisullivan is gone East and the minnehahas just recently had their big music party, I'm not sure who we could con into hosting where we might have such an event, but perhaps we can come up with somewhere or other. What thinkest thou?

Re: Hmmmmm....
I think it would be a grand idea for braider to come up here for a visit! musicmutt will be down for a short visit at the end of March for Minicon and then again at the end of April and beginning of May (May Day Parade/Becca's birthday weekend). I'm sure we could arrange a music gathering of some sort. My place is awful smallish for a full-out party but we could have an intimate evening of music with about 8 of us here. And then there's the potential for the RF CD release party, hopefully in April. I'm sure there will be lots of music that weekend. If braider is looking for a place to stay, I can offer the futon in my living room. And it comes complete with 2 adoring, bouncy puppies. Oh what fun! A visit from braider!!!!!

Re: Hmmmmm....

March is a bad month for me (it's my blackout month for time off at work—we're in the financial printing business and the annual SEC filings must go in on time!), but end of April would be super. Let's plot more—we might/could have an intimate evening at your place, and maybe a bigger one somewhere else another evening too. After all, everybody around here purely hates it when there's an excuse to make music, no?

Wheeeee!

Re: Hmmmmm....
Music party! Yay!! Either that Friday or Saturday night would be good for music (party or smallish thing). Right now my calendar is open, but we'll want to get something planned soonish rather than laterish, RF bookings and all. Sunday is right out (May Day Parade, maypole dancing and such). Yay! braider might come up to make music with us!!!

Party party party!
My uncle has a barn We could put on a show!

Re: Party party party!
So is the barn thing for real? We could host a hoe-down of sorts, although it might still be a bit coldish...

Re: Party party party!

Uhhhh &hellip not as such … well … I mean … no, actually …

It's just a line from some old movie that had some currency in Minn-Stf back when jiants roamed the frozen tundra.
