Music
Some people, they are able to read music and learn a piece that way. Heck, some can even sight-read. Some people, they've learned to play music "by ear." Me? I've learned everything slowly and painfully over a lot of years by rote and repetition. And I'm not pleased that I haven't been keeping up—that it's been quite a few years since I put in the effort to learn something new.
