I recall seeing that place when I visited Toronto in 1986, and being croggled by the view. Still impressive, even more so since Fred caught those honkers flapping their way through it.

Oh! Sorry. While I was certainly … er … struck (*koff*) by the geese and I used them as the focus and uniting theme of the photo, I did not intend them to be frightening—I believe I was trying to convey what I felt at the time, which was bemused amazement at seeing such a fantastic flight of fancy. Which absolutely isn't to say your reaction isn't valid; just that it wasn't what I had in mind.
