Was just reading a post from minehaha K. who mentioned having “assorted customized software on a memory stick” and my brain had one of those little spasms and I thought: Of course! How positively Minnesotan! Memory on a stick!

That hadn't occurred to me. Thanks for mentioning it!

I have 16 gigabytes of memory-on-a-stick. Well, on my big stick, which is the same size as my smaller 1 gig sticks.

You're quite welcome. Hadn't in fact occurred to me until just then either. I'm glad you too enjoyed the epiphanette.

I notice as well that you follow the sage advice of our late President Teddy Roosevelt. Good for you, good for you.

Though shouldn't it be deep-fried memory on a stick? :-)

I have fried other parts of a pc (inadvertently) so fried memory on a stick makes sense.

That's delightfully goofy!

So the next time I need memory I should head to Valleyfair? or is it the state fair (assuming Minnesota has one)?

We have a provincial fair. We're practicing for the annexation.
