Having a life

It seems I've been pissing and moaning a lot lately about my inability to get out and do things—to have what is called in the vernacular "a life." I've decided that it's time to stop complaining and actually Take Steps. So. I hereby resolve to work harder and put much more effort into developing a rich and fulfilling fantasy life. That way I don't have to improve my social skills or get out more or anything. That'll do it.

It's such a brilliant idea that I'm tempted to steal it, too. In your rich fantasty life, the Twin Cities will actually have reasonable weather in the summer? In Fred's, Jerry will have retired in seclusion, then got fed up and started touring with his old band, the Warlocks? In mine, gosh, the possibilities are endless . . .

No, I can deal with their summer weather, but I fantasize that they have reasonable weather in the WINTER. ;)

Been going around lately, hasn't it? Hey, you can be in my fantasy if I can be in yours!
