Live Solo
This is a pandeiro (Brazilian tambourine) solo that I have been developing in my live performances for many years. The pandeiro was the first instrument that I played when I was two years old. My first pandeiro was given to me by my grandmother after discovering that the “seizures” I was experiencing for a month was just a reatcion to the music playing on the radio and which stopped the day she suddenly turned the radio off. So she said to my mother, “Oh my God, this is terrible, he’s going to be a musician.”
