Finding unseen messages

I'm in the process of switching my email handling over from Eudora to Apple's Mail program, and I was intrigued to discover that when Mail is checking to see if there's anything new on the mailserver, its Activity Viewer (when I choose to have it open) first displays: "Finding unseen messages." I really enjoy feeling that soon—very soon—Ancient Eldritch Knowledge in the form of Messages from the Unseen will be Imparted unto me.

Leave it to Apple to give us all access to "other side". What's next, I like the idea of "Finding unsent messages", you know messages that are yet to be sent.

Yeah, that's the ticket! It would spare me all the work of trying to think of what it was I wanted to say...!
